It's still exactly the same problem 9 months later. Every quiz i take and reach a score that should be sufficient for the top10, it does not get saved/displayed.

Hi. I don't know why this isn't being seen and am sorry for that, but you seem to bump this on weekends when there isn't much attention from staff. You might just re-post it on Monday and, though bumping the old instead of posting new is generally preferred, a "problem" post with no replies might be better noticed by staff. You might even start you subject line with "Staff: "
I think when you bump it during the weekend, this thread is buried by the end of the weekend and doesn't get noticed. Good luck.

Thank you bluesman, I have done that and will keep bumping the new thread for a while. I also bumped the thread at the helpdesk quite a while ago, but nobody seems to react. I guess there is no other way to contract the administration, is there? I can't believe I'm the only one who has this problem...

Hi Horst -
Can you describe the exact problem (are you referring to your score not being listed in the "Top Scores For This Game")? Also, what specific Quiz's are you taking when experiencing this issue? Are any of your Quiz scores being saved?
Please also note that we track all the scores, but may choose to only display a subset of them, see additional info here: http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?gu...

We are not aware of a problem saving quiz scores and we have not had other reports. This looks like an isolated issue, and until we can reproduce it locally I'm afraid we won't be able to devote resources to further research, sorry...

That's a very unsatisfying response. What does that mean? I have to make another account and every time I want a score saved I need to log over? You cannot be serious? It's definitely not a cookie problem on my pc or anything. Actually I've tried it on different computers without success, so it's absolutely account-related. It worked properly for a long time.
@Michelle: It happens on every quiz. None of the scores get saved. What does "display a subset of them" mean exactly? The best 10 I thought and only the best result from every user if he has more than 1 score good enough for the top10 or are there any other restrictions? If you want me to and give me a time-frame, I can use a default password for my account, so you can login and see for yourself if that helps solving the issue.
