quote corrections declined - can't determine reason

Yesterday I submitted several quotes, trivia items, and corrections. Two quote corrections were declined, with the reason "Doesn't meet submission guidelines".
191128-234204-427000
191128-212938-269000
Could someone take a look at these and tell me what was wrong/unacceptable?
(I couldn't find anything wrong. It sorta looks like an automated mistake, since both
are quote corrections, and all other submissions were posted without
a problem.) Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

I can see in 191128-234204-427000 you used square brackets to imply context, rather than using them for stage directions as per the guide https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/quotes/GJQY7DAWS89JU5AA?ref_=helpsrall#

I could not see an issue with 191128-212938-269000 and re-submitted this on your behalf.

Have a great day!

Thanks for your help. As for 191128-234204-427000, the square-bracketed information is intended to be a "stage direction". Is it the wording inside the square brackets that is a problem? If so, I don't know how to convey this information that I think is important for understanding the quote (when the video can't be seen). Can you suggest anything?

My question for Jaime, Employee as to his reply to my original post was never answered, namely, "Is it the wording inside the square brackets . . .?" In the meantime, I had another quote (containing 'stage direction' square brackets) declined - #191231-231901-801000 - and once again, I cannot see what's wrong with the quote (or the bracketed information, which seems essential to understanding the quote). If IMDb please could do TWO (2) things: 1) answer my question (see above) and clarify what should and should not be contained inside square brackets - and 2) review the submission noted above for any errors that I cannot see. NOTE: if I were administering IMDb
(yeah, right), i would make no distinction, with regard to quotes, between 'stage directions' and 'context'. To me, this distinction serves no purpose, while 'context' often is necessary for the understanding of the meaning (usually humour) of words that (otherwise) would be quoted out of context.
