I'm curious as to why the rating isn't showing on a particular programme page.
If I google "8 Days: To the Moon and Back" it shows the imdb rating as 8.1/10 - 68 votes, but when I click through to the page, the rating doesn't appear.
Anyone know why? How can I rectify this?

This is because Google uses the cached versions of pages to introduce such data.
For example, one of the previous versions for this page is "8.2/10 - 48 votes":
https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:RrLrqF-plx4J:https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10503788/
Now the page has no ranks, they might be zeroed because the voting was initiated for this title having no duration time. It's my guess, and only officials can (if it's worthy) explain why that has happened.
Anyway, IMDb can not be responsible for what and how other sites or services further represent the data.
PS BTW: this thread is wrong marked as "problem".
PPS: for now, the ratings are available anew for this title.
