I see that others have posted about this over the years but I'm not seeing any resolutions.
I want to make my Ratings list public. I go to list settings, the lock icon is grey. But it still says Private. I change to Private, save, change to Public, save. It still says Private. The notice under "Your Ratings" say Public, but it's not. I can't seem to actually change my Ratings to Public. Is this a fixable bug?

Hi Ben -
Can you confirm that you are updating your List Settings to the following (sliding to the unlocked option on the left) before clicking "Save":

If you have modified your List settings to the Public option and your Ratings List is still private, please post the link to your IMDb Profile page here and our staff will investigate further.

The setting has always been Public. To be thorough, I have now set it to Private and saved. Then set it to Public and saved. It says Public in the settings. But under "Your Ratings", it still says Private. The setting is indeed Public.

Hi Ben -
Thanks for posting the links. I can confirm that your Ratings List is public and can be viewed here.
If you are still seeing a display that indicates your List is private, you may need to reset your IMDb cookies. Can you try logging out of your account and then logging back in, and then checking your List to see if the display now shows as "Public"?

I have cleared all IMDb cookies. I have logged out and logged back in. The problem persists. In list settings, the ratings list shows as private, no matter the setting.

Thanks for taking the steps and confirming that the issue still remains. A ticket has been filed for the appropriate team who will investigate as soon as they can, thanks again for reporting the issue!
