Ratings list not working -- loses "Sort by" function on pages 2+

The Ratings list, when sorted by "Top Rated", is no longer workable past 100 items, because on page 2 and further the "Sort by Top Rated" no longer works, and the results are instead listed with random personal ratings. Can you please fix this?

We have improved the design of the ratings details page to give it a cleaner, more modern look

That update announcement, which I had already read, doesn't refer to this issue or answer my question. The function still does not work: When sorted by "Top Rated", the list is no longer workable past 100 items, because on page 2 and further the "Sort by Top Rated" no longer works, and the results are instead listed with random personal ratings. This needs to be fixed.
