I had been corresponding with a lady on the Help Desk named Molly about submitting my films. People keep asking me why they aren't on IMDb and I have to tell them they don't believe they're real. I now have two links to theatrical engagements which provided absolute proof that the films exist. However, I can no longer reply directly to her. What now?

For the record, I only tried to submit one of the five, having decided not to try the other four until the first one cleared. Which it hasn't. (THE BIFFLE MURDER CASE)

Michael: Try re-submitting the film the regular way at http://www.imdb.com/updates?update=title, including the link you are using as proof in the submission as a Miscellaneous Link.

If your original submission can be found in your update history at http://www.imdb.com/updates/history, you should be able to just edit that rather than having to do everything all over.

Hi Michael -

If you are still having trouble getting your title submission accepted, please provide the most recent submission reference number here so our staff can investigate the status for you.

In the meantime, as gromit82 suggested, you don't need to start over with a completely new submission, you will be able to access the existing submission, add the additional details to that title form and resubmit.

Thank you for replying. The most recent submission number (on Sept. 11) is 150911-044340-697000. I hope this gains acceptance, because I have four more to go and I fear I may not live long enough to see this through! :-)
