realistic horror

In the horror genre, what keyword describes plots that are realistic (i.e. no zombies)? Thanks.

This is what I would do:

1) Select what type of content you wish (i.e. Feature Film)
2) Select Sci-Fi, Horror and Fantasy
3) Add %21 to Sci-Fi and Fantasy in the URL
4) You should get this: https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=feature&genres=%21fantasy,horror,%21sci-fi

The list displayed is gonna be far from perfect, but I can't do better.
