Receiving Credit

There is another person on IMDB with my name and the series I just did put the credit under her name. How do I receive the credit?

You can go edit the series and change the name from the same name to yours.

Yes, go to the title (or episode if it's a TV series) page, choose the name and then choose "correct". Now change the name from "Wasylik, Leah" to "Wasylik, Leah (II)". Remember to tick the "explanation" box where you should explain the situation.
