Recently All Contribution's I've made are being declined for some reason.

I'm not sure why I usually make a bunch of Contribution's especially for pages that don't have anything on them and I rarely ever got any of my images declined And now even key-words wont be added. All it says is this  "Your data referred to another item which has been declined or deleted, and this means that your data will not appear on the site. If you also submitted the original item and believe that it still warrants inclusion, please review the submission guide and resubmit"  I'm not sure what it means by "resubmit Original item" but if Anyone can Help me it be much appreciated.
