Recently introduced bug: "Submit these updates" button available when errors still exist

There's a newly introduced bug that has bitten me a couple times. The ""Submit these updates" at the top of the screen will be available when there are still errors on the page. The one at the bottom of the page is not yet available. Hitting this button will just bring you back to the same page, as there are errors. It's hugely frustrating if you are making a lot of updates and not aware that errors still exist in the form. A simple example below.
