Recommended titles voted as NO, keeps showing up

On the IMDb home page, I continue to have the following films recommended via "Recommended for you", even though I've rated and have many of these films in my watch list. Also, none of these films are recommended because an interest in another film.

Are you getting these titles right off the bat or after you've gone through some recommendations first and clicked on the 'next' button a few times? Can you estimate how many titles you've looked at before seeing this behavior? And (I'm referring to the first post here) give us some some examples of titles that you have voted for but are still being recommended?

I have exactly the same problem. It first started out as 6 movies, but has ballooned to all those you have mentioned. It pisses me off and what is worse, IMDB does nothing to fix it. A good website would take the time to look at it and be responsive to it users and fix it, but IMDB does nothing. This problem has been going on for at least a half of year.
What I do now is just go through it and rate all the movies no and those that I have some interest in, I go to another website and read up on it.
Since IMDB has gotten a swollen head now and think they are the definitive on movies but they are not...
