I never received an email or notification that I was going to be charged, and thought I had cancelled my pro membership after I signed up to a free trial to use the service for research.
I'm a student, and am now out of pocket £140... I don't quite know what to do. That's a months wages for me.
Is there anyway I can get a refund, please?! I've cancelled my membership properly now, even though I remember cancelling it before? I'm very worried, I thought I'd cancelled this, I went to the page and everything before.
