I cancelled the Pro subscription before the bill date and they billed my account the $124.95 anyway. I need this amount refunded to my account.

As the main page of this forum says, you should contact them directly, not post about it on a public forum as your log in details, credit card info, etc. are things you probably don't want to post on a public message board that can be accessed by anyone in the whole world.

You cannot. Only staff can, but they probably won't be too active until tomorrow. They might archive it or they can remove it if they feel it should be removed. Since there isn't any identifiable personal info there, they might just leave it up so others with the same question can see what the answer would be.

Unfortunately, once someone responds to a post on Get Satisfaction, the original poster cannot delete or change their post. An IMDb staff member will have to do this, since users labeled as Champion do not have administrative rights.

You may wish to mention that you wish this thread to be deleted when contacting IMDb via https://secure.imdb.com/helpdesk/billing

Fortunately, you have not posted anything that would compromise private information on this thread.
