Remove an incorrect AKA title

I have been trying to remove an incorrect title for a long time and IMDB staff are seemingly intent on refusing to do so. I tried posting about it on here and IMDB staff closed the thread and hid it from the community - what the hell is going on with IMDB? can someone with some authority actually look into this issue? I am sure if I post the thread it will be removed again
