I have made recently a short film and a guy from the crew is continuously adding his name in music department, producer, director. Which he is not part of from below profile.

I tried removing his name 2 times and again he is adding it. I am the producer of content and original project uploaded through my account over youtube and vimeo. Please advise how to prevent such addition of credits.
