Removing a credit - Second time

Martin,

It is likely that the credit is correct in that a Martin Bell appeared in the production. There are several other Martin Bells on IMDb. The credit shouldn't be deleted but move to another Martin Bell or create a new Martin Bell if none of the others are the appropriate Martin Bell.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any IMDb Service, or any products or services sold or distributed by IMDb or through the IMDb Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
