I just need to know if i can publish an game in development with no actors just random sounds an music?

What you posted is not related to the thread in which you posted. I created a separate thread for your question.

I believe you are asking whether a video game under development requires actors to be list on IMDb.

IMDb does not require actors for video games. For instance, this video game does not list actors:
Yôkai Dôchûki (1987 Video Game)

However, you should provide as much pertinent information about your video game as practical. Please see the IMDb help page for additional information.

Video Games can be added the same way traditional movies and television series are, via the New Title Form and selecting the “Video Game” type.
