Review Deletion "unable to verify"?

I submitted a deletion for a user review for not being relevant to the film being reviewed.  The following is the exact words of the review, in full:  "I like this TV show especially because because My Uncle is one the Actors".  First, this review is on the page for a feature film, not a TV show.  Second, why is it vital information that their uncle is in it?  Third, is this even a review?  I got declined with the reason from IMDb that they are "unable to verify".  ???  What is there to verify?  If they actually looked at it, they'd see it's a movie, and the person is talking about a TV show and there is no review in the statement "my uncle is in it".  What is there to verify, honestly?  I don't think the reviewer was being malicious.  I honestly think they mistakenly put this review on the wrong page.  Not a big deal, mistakes happen.  But, the "review" is not in any way relevant to the movie the page is for.  So again, what is there to verify?  Unless it was a bot, this makes no sense.  If a person actually looked at it, they would have seen why it is not relevant.

Just wait until you hear the answer from IMDb. This does not violate guidelines!
I have submitted completely incoherently written reviews for removal, that have bad spelling and grammar, but IMDb says that they are not cause for removal. So if this person has an Uncle in the movie and he likes it for that reason, even if it contains a "factual" mistake in identifying it as a TV Show, it still violates no guidelines!
I think it is an affront to every contributor to have such drivel alongside their excellent work. Makes IMDb look bad!

So I'm basically p*ssing in the wind if I report it again, because IMDB doesn't care?  That sucks.  Then again I can't say I am surprised.
Thanks, mate.
