This has happened to me more than once but I don't know if it's a global issue. If I read the review on a movie's title page and see fit to rate it useful or not, I'm not able to. Nothing happens when you select the 'Yes' or 'No' option. I have to look for the same review when I select 'See all user reviews', and on that page the selection can be made.

After the 'Yes' or 'No' clicked, then the result will be accepted during the next 24 hours.

Select any movie you want. Look at the review that appears on the title page. See if you can rate it helpful or not on the title page. When I try, my vote is not recorded, If I want to rate that review 'Yes' or 'No', I have to find it in all the user reviews and make my selection there.

If you mean that 'Yes' and 'No' buttons are absent, there is a problem in such case.
If you mean you don't see the result right after clicking one of them, I ANSWERED YOU QUESTION. )))

I just answered my own question. The problem I described occurs using Internet Explorer as a search engine. I logged in using Chrome and voting a user review on the title page is accepted on that search engine.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out!
I've created ticket with the tech team to investigate the trouble on IE. For the time being, please use a different browser when you are looking to rate a review's helpfulness.

Thanks for the follow up. I just logged into IMDb using Internet Explorer and pulled up a movie at random. I was able to register a helpful comment 'Yes' for the movie, so it appears that the fix has applied successfully.
