runtime Lost Horizon (1937)

Just to clarify, we will allow the listing of Running Times for separate versions, so listing the running time for the original version and the restored version is acceptable.  If you haven;t done so already, please submit the applicable running times to the "Lost Horizon" title page and our editors will take a look.

I believe you have missed my point; the correct runtime is already listed on IMDb.

This thread is about which one displays on the title page, and which one gets output to Export. As I said above:

I thought the runtime displayed on a title page was supposed to be the wide release runtime in the original country (the blank, default country in the data submission).

Lost Horizon's title page (and the Export) lists 97 minutes runtime, which is the West Germany runtime. As I showed above with the Edit screenshot, the origin country (blank country) runtime is 132 minutes. (Country of origin is listed as US on title page.)

No Orchids for Miss Blandish's title page (but NOT its Export) shows 92 min runtime, which is a US runtime, NOT the origin country runtime of 102 min, screenshots also included above. (Country of origin is listed as UK on title page,)

In both cases, what is displayed on the title page is NOT the default country's runtime.
But in one case, the Export of runtime is NOT the default country's runtime.

Just wanted to check: I don't see a message from you since I posted the clarification above (5 days ago).

There are a number of contributing factors, one of which was the use the attribute. I have now fixed the data so that the original 2 hr 12 minutes running time is now displaying on the main title page.
