Same name different people, how to correct?

As the post title depicts my problem is two accounts being on one page. I am Rhys David Parry listed as Rhys Parry my previous work as a camera/electrical crew is listed but I really don't remember acting in a movie based in Canada in 2015.

Split the acting credits out to Rhys Parry (II). After the split, you'll be Rhys Parry (I).

Yes, go to the title page of the Canadian movie, click "Edit page", choose the actor "Parry, Rhys" and correct it to "Parry, Rhys (II)". Also remember to explain why are you correcting the credit.
