The IMDbPro website experienced a short outage beginning at 11:15 am today. The issue was resolved shortly before noon. During this short window, active users were unable to access the site and were asked to renew.

All systems have returned to normal. Please feel free to access the site.

Thanks Trevor but it is still not working and asking me to renew my membership.... I needed to get some info today and I have not been able to access my account - please can you let me know when it will be working again. Thanks

My son's pro page has been having similar problems for the past three days. Asked to renew by mistake. IMDb emailed back that i will get a refund then all pictures disappeared and I can't load any pictures (gives me error msgs). I have been emailing for the past three days but only get responses about the renewal error and not about having the pictures back. Shok, Azhy's parent

I'm having the exact same issue. All of my photos have disappeared and I believe I was charged twice for renewing my account.

Yes thanks so much Trevor - It took 3 days but I am in - You and Claire were very helpful- Thank you. I never received an email from IMDB and their response was non existent - the fact that you cannot speak or email someone is very very frustrating
