Says I've already received trial, I haven't.

I have never used IMDB pro, however when attempting to get the free trial it says my membership expired and I can renew it, but I never had a pro memebership, so I tried a different email and it says my credit card has already been used for the free trail :/ please help. I want to try pro using the trial.

Hi jakob -

If you are seeing this credit card error, it means that the credit card you are trying to sign-up with has already been used for a free trial subscription at some point in the past.

Additionally, the 'membership expired' notice you referenced suggests that there was previously an active IMDbPro Subscription registered under that account.

If you have in fact already used your credit card for a free trial subscription, you can renew the account, but you won't be eligible for another free trial.
