Scorecard Trailer Not Appearing After 2 Days

I have uploaded a trailer via scorecard, and it appears in the Your Videos section, shows on scorecard, appears on IMDb Pro, yet it is not appearing at the top of my main page on IMDb https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8159764/

Can anyone help? The associations all look correct.

This is because it looks like you marked it as only suitable for mature audiences on the upload page, sorry.  Did you intend to mark it as such?
