Search for 'Violence & Gore = Severe' movies

How can I search for these movies so that I can add them to my list of movies to avoid renting or watching ?   Violence & Gore = Severe

I checked Advanced Title Search and the other Advanced Searches, and don't see a way to do what you want.
And if you could do what you describe, I'm sure that more titles would appear than you would want to track. Keeping the list updated would be a chore as well.
Perhaps keywords would help?

But keywords depend on users having contributed them.
