Some titles can no longer be found. For instance, http://akas.imdb.com/find?q=Qué+he+hecho+yo+para+merecer+esto&s=all does not give "¿Qué he hecho yo para merecer esto!! (1984)" by Pedro Almodóvar. And http://akas.imdb.com/find?q=Quien+sabe&s=all does not give "Quién sabe? (1966)" by Damiano Damiani.

The first search does give me the Almodovar film, so maybe this is no longer a problem?

The other search does also produce the title you mention, but not among the first results, which is a little odd.

The first search still does not give me the Almodóvar film:

None of these films have the correct title, and only the first two are quite close.

Strange. No matter what I try (different browsers, logged in/out, accent/no accent), I get it as the first result.

The problem didn't occur with Opera, even after logging in on my IMDb account. So, I removed the cookies in Firefox, and the problem was solved for the first link. Concerning the second link, it seems that the IMDb search engine first does loose approximate matching, then orders the films based on some other criteria (the most famous films first?), instead of favoring best title match. This is quite a bad choice. In the recent past, it was proposing a link to exact matches, but this no longer seems to be true.

For "Quién sabe?", try including the question mark in the query.
Then the 1966 film will be the first search result
(and the only result for an "exact" search).
