Cannot Move, Save, Delete, or Sort Titles in Any of my Lists

When in Edit mode, titles cannot be moved in my Watchlist or in any of my other Lists. I am able to select titles using the checkmark. But all functions — MOVE TO, COPY TO, and DELETE — will not work. For example, if I select a title in my Watchlist, nothing happens when I move my cursor (pointer) over any of the above-mentioned function selections. The pointer does not change into a finger, thus showing the function is active.

In addition, when in Edit mode, the SORT BY function (which is currently down to two options, DATE ADDED or LIST BY) doesn't work, either. I am able to change the selection to one of the two options. But that's it. After selecting either DATE ADDED or LIST BY, nothing happens.

The ASCENDING ORDER/DESCENDING ORDER ARROWS don't work either. In this case, the pointer does change into a finger. But when clicking, nothing happens. It also appears that only ASCENDING ORDER appears as an option. Not that it matters, because nothing happens either way.

Since this new Updates to List Pages system was launched in December, one of my primary objections has been the inability to Sort lists while in Edit mode with more options than DATE ADDED or LIST BY. Now it seems those don't even work.

This appears to be a local problem, sorry.  Please follow the steps in https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/general-information/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-brow... and let us know what happens, particularly note the point on ad blockers.

I just opened up my IMDb account in Safari 5.1.10 (6534.59.10). I'm having EXACTLY the same problems as I had in Firefox.

Yes, I have restarted my Mac... twice. Once with All Add-ons Enabled and again with All Add-ons Disabled. I also opened a new Firefox browser window using New Private Window. I assume this is the same as your Incognito mode? Anyway, I continued to have the same problems as listed above.
Thanks for the tip, though. I'm willing to try anything... because, at this point, IMDb is basically worthless to me.

No system updates, no hardware or software changes. It can drive one crazy when things that worked the day before no longer work when everything else has remained  the same. I've had no problems with any other websites: Amazon, Ebay, Yahoo, you name it. Just IMDb.

I'm having a problem selecting a title and moving it. When I select the title it does not show up as selected in the summary above and the move, copy and delete options stay greyed out.  I use Firefox and restarted in safe mode but the problem still existed. Also tried Safari and have the same problem.  This started on Friday and I don't know if you made and changes on Thursday.

Thanks for the problem reports.  It looks like this is something specific to Mac OS X as noted above. We have opened a ticket with the appropriate team.

I have read this post after sending mine. I decided to clean up my computer (with CCleaner) and restarted it, but I'm still having the same issue. So this is not fixed for me.

I have exactly the same problem with all my lists. Moreover, no change can be saved. The "Done" button doesn't work at all and the last list I created March 9, 2018, stay indefinitely "In Progress". This problem is not specific to Mac OS X. I'm operating on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (Hewlett-Packard). I have not made any particular updates lately. This problem started last Friday and may be related with an automatically generated ad to promote the release of a movie, and which was truly embarrassing.

I am suddently not able to finish lists. I can create a list with a tittle and a desciption. And I can modify the settings how I choose. I can even add movies to it. But the application will not allow me to save the list and shows any such new list as "in progress" status. The problem seems to extend to the entire universe of list-editing, in fact. I cannot copy or move titles between lists, for example. And I am unable to modify existing lists...or at least save said modifications. I am running IE11 in Windows 10s and I do not use AdBlock. I also did not have problems with list-editing following the recent upgrades to the list pages UI and functioning.

All appears to be fixed! I can now Move, Save, Delete, and Sort as I was able to do before. The "in progress" issue seems to be fixed as well. Thanks to Col and all other IMDb staff who restored my account back to full functioning order.
