Server error?

When I want to send a private message I get the message:
"Please Fix These Problems
A server error prevented the message from being sent". Does anyone know why?

If you can send me a PM, then there may be a problem with the user account to which you are attempting to send the PM. If you are unable to send any PM, then there may be an issue with your account.

In either case, the IMDb technical staff will need to investigate.

In the interim try clearing the cache for your browser (CTRL-F5); it's possible the page for sending the PM got corrupted. Also try logging out and logging back into to your IMDb account.

Did you encounter any additional error messages? Are you able to send a PM to the original person to whom you wished to send the PM?

When I sent You the message there was no error. But still now I have the same problem with the original person.

I suppose it might be that if someone's account was deleted you could get this problem, it is possible it also occurs if someone had their authentication removed (as they can no longer send PMs). Check their profile - have they posted on the forum recently?

I just checked, and I can still sent a PM to a deleted user.

dezsokekovacs, if this would not be an invasion of your privacy, would you please PM to me the user ID of the person you are trying to contact via PM. I will send a test message to that user and see whether I receive the same error message.
