Shadowhunters series title

I'm curious why this title (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4145054/) isn't listed by the full title of "Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments". After all, that is the title show in the primary image for the show. Also, the title card for each episode shows it that way as well. I submitted a change (170807-170544-744000) for it but I'm guessing it was declined.
