Shady use of the wrong credit card

What seems to be the problem that you guys continuously use the wrong credit card even though I've had you blocked from my Wells Fargo account. I've gone through the settings several times and had to take time out of my day to continuously change the settings, contact you guys, contact my bank and you still use the wrong credit card. I just don't understand what the problem seems to be. It's extremely irritating and very disappointing! IMBD has caused me to take so much time out of my day several times now when I pay you guys $20 a month and shouldn't worry about a thing.

If the instructions found at https://help.imdb.com/article/imdbpro/your-account/how-do-i-update-my-credit-card/GXGLTLGT9K4S8DDU# are not working out for you, then Steve or Claire will sort it out, but it will have to be over a confidential channel, such as email (which can be opened up by you at https://help.imdb.com/contact, if they IMDb staff cannot determine what your email address is just from reading your forum info).
