Short film about a man suffering from dissociative identity disorder who changes to an old woman

I’m trying to find a short film about a (likely) schizophrenic man in his forties or fifties who changes to an old woman, likely his mother. He is first talking to himself as a man, but over the course of the film he eventually changes his clothes, hair and voice to that of the old woman. It was quite creepy. I believe it was a foreign film (Scandinavian, German, Danish, Norwegian), I can’t remember, dated sometime in the seventies or eighties, possibly early nineties. Thanks in advance.
