Should a title that was never released be deleted from IMDb?

This film (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2963178/) was added (by the film-maker) to IMDb in 2013. It was an amateur film intended for submission to a film festival (and was likely rejected), and it has never been released online. There's (unsurprisingly) no information about the film online. Because it's status is "Completed", it appears above all the released titles in the credits of the people involved and will stay there forever. Since it will never be released and has no notability, should it be deleted?

If it won't ever be released, it probably should be deleted.

Instructions and a link to the form for requesting deletions are on this page How do I correct or delete a title?

I think that if the status never goes to "released" it might eventually be deleted anyway, but I don't know how long that might take.
