Add pop-up windows on hover events

I would like to see a small window showing up when I pass the mouse arrow on the move title or an actor name, to show me only a poster pic, rate and genre (so no need to open the link on a new tab), for example: go to any YouTube video, then go to comments below, and pass the mouse arrow on the people's names, you'll see a small window showing up and show you some details about his channel.
