Showtimes missing many movies malfunction Vancouver BC

Hello:

I have enjoyed the excellent interface and accuracy of imdb Showtimes page here in Vancouver BC for years. I am logged in there continually. But since about a month ago, it is clearly missing most of the movies from every theater. Any info to restore its function? I've tried some things but it simply will not restore function. It only lists 1 or a few movies per theater, instead of the whole roster. Example: It only shows the Matrix 1999 today, for International Village Cinemas, which has usually a dozen or so movies playing. I did not choose any categories or limitations; this happened on its own one day and stuck. Same happens if I log out of imdb account, or sign back in. Any help would be greatly appreciated, for this great and useful service...!  Thank you

Hi there,

I apologize for the difficulties you're experiencing. 
I've alerted our engineering team regarding this issue. Can you confirm if this is occurring for other theaters near you as well, or whether it's just the one theater you've mentioned?

Hi Taylor. It's occurring for numerous theatres as well as movies. For example, for today, Apr. 3rd, it is only showing 29 movies and 12 theatres, for whole Vancouver area. It should be many times more than that; also, most of the local Vancouver theatres are completely missing today. Almost like this odd filtering problem has become worse. For smaller theatres, it may correctly show the one or two movies showing, but for most of the larger ones (that even show up), various movies are missing. This all started about 4 to 8 weeks ago; just an estimate range. Thanks.

Our engineering team has confirmed that the temporary glitch with the showtimes service has been resolved. 
I've confirmed that the showtimes listed for the International Village Cinemas are back up! If you're still having difficulties, please confirm if this is still broken on your end.
