Elizabeth, I did go to the link you provided earlier for another correction as per your instructions here. I could only find an email option and when I checked my emails I got your message. I could find no way to restate the issue I raised at the other link you provided. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Because of your high volume of submissions they prefer that you start using this method only and discontinue using get satisfaction.
This is usually because of the fact you have 4 or more submission numbers at once. They are trying to avoid outside comments by contributors that may confuse an issue. Or they may not be able to disclose an answer in a public forum.

OK. But I still do not understand what "using this method only" means. Which method? And what does "discontinue using get satisfaction" mean?
I can take a break and come back in a few weeks and submit fewer (give me a number) if that'll help.
