Sign up problems, need IMDb customer service help!

I renewed my IMDb through Amazon recently.  Unfortunately my IMDb account is linked to one email address, and my Amazon is linked to another email address.  This has created a whole slew of messes as I have tried to correct the problem.  Now I can't access either account.  I need an IMDb customer service to CALL ME and unlock the accounts, or show me how to resolve the issues caused by two separate accounts.  How do I get that to happen?!?!

Go to the IMDb Contact Us form. The link is below.

https://help.imdb.com/contact

Click the following drop-down menu items/buttons on the form.

IMDb Fan/Contributor questions -> (Select an issue) Other Data Type -> (Select issue details) Other Data Issue -> Email

On the next page, as noted by the IMDb official representative Steve, provide as much information as you can about the two accounts. 
You'll receive an email from an IMDb rep within 24 hours.

Hello Jeorj Euler,

I did receive email messages from IMDb, but none of the emails sent ever actually addressed the problem... and therefore were unsuccessful in resolving the error.  

It seems they either weren't fully reading the emails I sent, or they didn't understand the problem I was trying to describe.  Thus my desperate plea to this site.

Finally I received an email saying the only way to correct the problem was to cancel and erase the wrong account that had been mistakenly created with an incorrect email address.  (I had been trying to renew my original account, and instead it created an entirely new account with an incorrect email address which had been pulled from an old email address attached to Amazon.com)  

An IMDb representative erased the account for me, but did not transfer my payment to the already existing correct account.  Therefore I no longer have access to the discounted payment I had already paid.  (I'm sure that will be refunded eventually.) However the discount code they had given me to renew NOW no longer works.

In the meantime, I no longer have access to my original IMDb-Pro account because it has not yet been "paid for".

So I have followed the above instruction to ask for help.

I am now asking for another invitation or code for the discount I was originally offered to renew my old account.  Or if they would just apply the money I already paid to my already existing account.  

Hopefully, this is an easier problem to resolve.
