Significance of "Co" in "Co-Executive Producer"

I've noticed that a lot of Rebecca Eaton's https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0247871/?ref_=tt_rv credits have been duplicated, so "executive producer: Masterpiece" has become two entries for each title: the existing one as executive producer and a new one as "co-executive producer: Masterpiece".

The actual on-screen credits are (for example) https://i.postimg.cc/7P330T2b/Victoria-3-05.png

Is there some significance in the word "Co" which implies that she is more than just an executive producer alongside (in this example) Daisy Goodwin, Kate McKerrell and Damien Timmer? If so, how is one meant to infer this from the on-screen credits.

It seems to be a fairly recent change to her entry: I didn't notice it when I submitted additions and corrections to the credits for Victoria in April 2019. It seems to affect many different titles.

Should it be removed for titles such as Victoria and Grantchester where I am certain how the credits listed her?

I presume that there should only be one entry (whether it be deemed to be "executive" or "co-executive") for any title, since only one job title was listed on-screen.

Hi Martin -

The only credit that should be listed is the role that Ms. Eaton is credited with on-screen, so for "Victoria" and "Grantchester", if her on-screen credit on the episodes were only shown as "executive producer for Masterpiece", then this is what should be listed on the site and the duplicate "Co-executive producer" credits should be removed.
