Hi Robert,

First question: are you in the US?
Second: what is your OS and browser (including version)?
Third: have you tried to launch it in a private window (i.e. disabled plugins)?

Hi Robert,

Thanks so much for your submission. As Vincent mentioned, additional info will help troubleshooting. I think our FAQ on this subject is also helpful for troubleshooting as well:

https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/discover-watch/imdb-freedive-faqs/

===========================================================
How do I access IMDb Freedive?

If you are in the US, you can instantly stream IMDb Freedive titles from your laptop or personal computer's web browser on the IMDb Freedive page and all Amazon Fire TV devices via the IMDb Freedive channel. Freedive is currently available on devices that support ad-supported channels. Freedive content is currently only available when streaming from within the United States and U.S. territories. If you are currently located within the United States or a U.S territory and are unable to stream IMDb Freedive content, please contact Prime Video support.

HI, I have a similar issue with trying to play a freedive movie on my friend's iPad Air 2 with iOS 12.2. How do I find out if the device supports add supported channels? If you can help me understand how to see on this device, where to look for the requirements to play a movie on it. We were watching movies from Amazon
Prime before, when we had Amazon Prime. We do not have it right now.

Allen,

This topic is labelled as answered, and this is separate issue. Please create a new forum topic if you want it to be addressed by IMDb staff.

Yes, I am in Brooklyn, NY.

OS: Windows 8

Firefox 56.0

As per your suggestion, I just tried it in a private window and got the same response.

By entering "Freedive" in the help search field, you get that one:

Hi Robert,

So sorry for the delay in our response. I've confirmed that based on the Prime Video System Requirements for Computers, your browser should be compatible to play Freedive titles on IMDb.

If you're still experiencing this issue, please contact Prime Video support for further troubleshooting and assistance in real-time via phone/chat.

Please let us know if we can offer any further help.
