I talk to so many people and your biggest downfall is your customer service and not being able to talk to the people who don't do IMDb and you must lose so many customers because your customer service is s*** your multi-million pound business now you can never talk to anyone it's hard to find an email to talk to somebody on there and all you get is computer virtually generated answer back and they can never look at what you say and they restrict you on what you putting up customer is always right you got a multi pound you don't seem to care about the customers anymore and you delete stuff which you don't know nothing about you haven't done no research I got a certificate on my photos saying I worked and War Horse and Robin Hood but you've taken it down when it's plainly on your site we can see that I worked on it this photos on my site showing I worked on different Productions from the red Power Ranger I do so much for kids charities yeah I go to see sick children yeah as the red Power Ranger and I worked as a stunt man as a red Power Ranger so when this sick children look me up as they're apparently they can't because you've took it down so it disheartened the young children yeah I bring joy to these young children and you are taking this all down from my work you've taken it down worked since age of 17 doing my work I'm trying to get you to put it back up but you're not listening you won't call someone to speak to them about it and then when I send stuff to you are we cannot open that customer service is awful really bad so many people went out of talking to now I live in IMDb because you're not helping people

I do not think that flooding this forum will help your case.

Your anger is legitimate, there has been a major issue on your account, and some other contributor have brought precious light on narrowing the date it happened.


Unfortunately, there was a major failure of this GS site for almost a day, and it has only resumed in the past hours. I have not seen an IMDb staff or even a "champion" around for several hours, so maybe there access to this forum is not back to normal.


So even though you have all reason to be angry, there is no use in fueling it further here. Please be patient, think about practical ways to restore your situation and wait for the proper authorities to intervene.

Why are you not letting me up date my page when I pay for something the saying is the customer is always right and at the moment all I'm seeing is problems with IMDb customer services and just put in problems in my way

The saying is customer is always right should keep customers happy why are you going against and making things so difficult for other IMDb people to actually contact you to actually speak to someone and when I send stuff over to you it's never good enough for you can't see it this way you are a computer company you should be able to open anything I sent to you you should have a look at it anyway I'll send to you as you have computer geniuses or should have computer genius they're telling me they cannot look at it so I do not understand why as your computer company

Before the site malfunction you were instructed to re enter your information along with proof. You have chosen not to do this. You have chosen to complain, You can fix the missing data. Do so. What makes you good at what you do...."Focusing on a task" is also hindering your desired outcome. Stop being stubborn. Resubmit your data. What's a little work in the scheme of things. In the time you have wasted here complaining you could have gotten 3/4 of your data submitted by now. I said before. You hold the keys to the car. Start it and drive to your destination! Cheers...
