I noticed this on both NBC shows that I watched tonight. First, on The Good Place someone changed all of Maya Rudolph's character name to Judge Gen. She is always credited solely as "Judge" for her character. Then, on Superstore, someone added last names to all the characters. This may be okay for the main cast where character names are never given, but all the supporting characters are only credited with their first name. Is there a way to revert all these edits and make the editor aware of the actual guidelines before they do more shows?

Also, you can see it here:
As for Superstore, it appears that all episodes that have aired were affected.
Kaliko Kauahi was never credited as "Sandra Kaluiokalani". She's always credited as "Sandra". This goes for ever character except the main cast of American Ferrera, Justin Feldman, Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn, Nico Santos and Mark McKinney. They appear in the opening credits just with the actor's name and no character name. All of the supporting characters are credited in the end credits solely with a last name. This has to be a fairly recent update. I'm not sure why someone went to the trouble of figuring out their last names and adding them.
I don't mind the last names maybe in the trivia. I add such stuff myself when something is revealed.
