Someone is altering my IMDB account and I want to talk to IMDB about it

An individual has changed themselves to the star of my film.  I manually re-ordered the cast, but now when I share a link to my page it still shows this person as "the star."  This person is a supporting cast member, they are not the first person on screen, and they are not the first person in the credits.  This person has also been altering other credits.   I'd rather my cast be listed by IMDB ranking, but now I have forced them into order and it is sad that I even had to do that.  Everything was fine until someone changed it.

1.  I am the creator of the IMDB page and I would like a copy of the changes that were made to the account - how do I obtain those records?

2.  Once I get this corrected, is there any way to prevent future edit's to the page??

3.  Why isn't there an IMDB contact option?  I would rather not bring out this issue publicly....there should be a private contact link but I cannot find one anywhere.  It just keeps bringing me here, so here I am,  :)

On the home page
in the right-hand column, about halfway down the page, it says:
For issues regarding accounts or questions involving non-public information, please log into your account and contact our support staff privately via this form.

Hi Johnathon -

Please be aware that it is our policy not to disclose contact details or any other information about our users and contributors, so we cannot share with you who made the changes to the cast.

If there is still an error on the cast list, specifically regarding a credit order, the best way to bring it to our attention is by submitting a cast order number correction through our online Update form and our staff can take a look.

Additionally, for titles if you submit complete cast/crew information for the film via the online additions system which can be found by clicking the Edit Page button listed at the bottom of the title page, and we can verify that it matches the on-screen credits we can mark the listing as 'complete/verified'. This helps prevent future accidental additions/changes to the title page.

ok, thank you.  The credit order is now fixed on the page itself because we manually assigned numbers.  But... the share link still has the incorrect star names.  I sent an email to support.  Hopefully we can get this fixed.

Hi Johnathan,

Is this still the case? Have you got a link to the title in question and I can take a look?
