Someone is incorrectly changing the order of writers

On the Dynasty episode, The Butler Did It, I had entered the executive story editors in the correct order as seen by the accepted submission #181107-185032-995000 seen below.



However, they are now in the wrong order as seen here:



According to the writers guide, my order was correct and the current order is wrong.

• If names have no punctuation between them, assume they are joined by "&" (i.e. increment the third value). In other words: unless specifically separated on-screen by the word "and", do not use the rewrite group (i.e. leave second value as "1").

This is a frequent occurrence for story editor credits on television shows. Someone thinks that because the credits are on different screens that they should change the re-write group. I'll change this credit back to the correct order but can someone from IMDb reach out to the person who is changing these incorrectly and point them to the writers guide.
