Sorting public user's rating history by rating doesn't work

Sorting user's public rating history by user's rating doesn't work. It works only if I am logged in and sorting my own list. If I am viewing other user's list I cannot sort it correctly. Also if I am not logged in, then I also cannot sort my own list.

Here's the link to my ratings sorted by user rating in decreasing manner:
http://www.imdb.com/user/ur15670756/r...

Here's how it looks

Thanks for reporting this, I have alerted our technical staff of the problem and they will take a look as soon as they can.

Seriously? One year? You need over a year to implement a single sorting criterion? Especially when you already have other sorting criteria? This is embarrassing...

Hello Michelle, I am bit confused,
how is it possible that this thread is marked as solved?
Only because you alerted the technical staff 2 years ago?

Still doesn't work, the only option is sort by "Your Rating", sort by "Other User Rating" is missing.

C'mon you guys..

It's only a single sorting criterion!!

What's the purpose of viewing other users' ratings, if we cannot sort them by their RATINGS???

Please see to that!

Just posting an Update here, I have filed a new ticket with our technical staff who will re-review Rating Lists and this issue.  I will post any information about the status here once I hear back from them.

Following up, our technical team have a work item to address this problem, unfortunately, we don't have a time schedule for when this work item will be implemented, but it is on the list and will be addressed.

Michelle, as a long time user of imdb, I'd really like to get this feature implemented.

I'm also missing this feature. I hope you implement it (even if it takes several years...). It would be very nice to be able to share your ratings (in Facebook for example) sorted by your rating. After all, aren't your own ratings the main point of the entire list? You should be able to share it via link with with parameter "sort=your_ratings:desc". At the moment that sort parameter seems to be not supported. The other sort parameters work.

Michelle, can you please update us on the progress on this issue? This seems an essential feature that's missing from IMDb's website, that I've been waiting on seeing implemented for more than a year now.

I first noticed this issue years ago and am surprised and annoyed that it is still an on-going problem.

How is this still an issue? Surely a fix would be all of ten minutes' work

Since it doesn't look like this will added anytime soon, if anyone wants a work around, you can export the list by clicking "export list" at the bottom of the page and sort it by the user score in excel.

woot you can finally sort by user ratings! (and it only took 5 years to implement!)

now you can select sort by top rated or most recent.

top rated seems to be based on user ratings.
