I go through the Recent Trailers section everyday and recently there have been way more Spanish Trailers then ever. I went through 8 Trailers in a row to finally find a US release Trailer, yet the titles were in English.  Is there a way we can seperate them.  Why not have the Spanish Trailers in there own section?  Its just frustrtating.  I'm sure the Spanish speaking people would not have a problem with that.

Let me clarify.  Let's just call them foreign films (Spanish, French, Indian, etc)  I'm pretty sure these are films that were made outside the US. There is just so many now its ridiculous.  Its about 50%.

Don, are you aware that the US production accounts for about 10-15% of the worldwide production?

My point is this, just in the last couple of months there have been a huge increase of foreign trailers on IMDB.  I'm sure worldwide production of foreign films  hasn't increased in the last couple of months, its just that now IMDB is putting these trailers on their site.  Why not separate foreign & US film trailers? That is my inquiry.

I am not familiar at all with this part of the IMDb site, and I just kind of discovered it. I think that IMDb is just catching up with the actual international releases. But why should the US films be segregated from the rest of the World?
But I agree with you that the current display does not make much sense.

Hi Don -

Just to clarify, are you seeing the increase in foreign title trailers within the 'Most Recent' Trailers feature here: https://www.imdb.com/trailers/?ref_=nv_mv_tr_3 ?

Definitely.  Lets just call them foreign trailers.  It just makes it that much more difficult and time consuming to navigate through the Trailers.

Hi Don,

Thank you for your feedback about the trailer section content, I've passed this onto the necessary team.

Have a great day.

The ratio of English to foreign trailers under Recent Trailers has gone even more lopsided in the last three weeks. Today on the first page there are 85 trailers, with only 15 in English and a few of those are for video games.

I agree absolutely.  I don't even want to waste my time  looking at trailers anymore.  Why can't they just create an option for foreign trailers. If someone wants to view foreign trailers, they can go there and view all they want.

The least IMDb could do is to label the trailer language!

The problem is half the posters are in English, while the movie is Dutch, German, Spanish, Hindi or French, usually with no subtitles. I can understand including imported movies that we can enjoy, but they need to separate out those films available for their specific markets.

Seems like this is still an issue. I'm not only seeing mostly forreign trailers but also alot of old titles. I whis IMDB would do something about this. Currently I'm looking at other sources for upcoming trailers. Not wasting my time scrolling through a trailer list of foreign B and C movies.

Hi Erik -

As Joel mentioned above, the appropriate team who owns this feature on the site is aware of the feedback presented in this thread.  If you dislike the recent changes, I would encourage you to start a new "Idea" thread posting your comments about how you would like this feature to display trailers, this will allow other users to comment and vote on the Idea and will offer more visibility for our staff to monitor.

The appropriate team doesn't seem capable of fixing this. The current version is still happening and if you look at past questions in the community, this has been happening intermittently for over FIVE years. Maybe a new team can look at the issue?
