Spinal Tap rating doesn't go to 11

Unless I'm much mistaken, it used to be possible to rate This Is Spinal Tap out of 11 rather than 10. On the main page for the title, it still displays the rating out of 11; however, there is no way of actually rating it 11. Perhaps this has been broken by the new layout. Or maybe it was never actually possible to rate it 11, in which case I'm disappointed, and you should consider rectifying it.
