I submitted new data which was assigned #160827-203844-262000. According to my contribution history, this item -- a Goof -- was added. However, it does not appear on the content page. (I then submitted a re-check, which was not acknowledged by the auto-reply system.)

Buzzy: When you look at your contribution history at https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history and you see entries such as "1 item added", it doesn't mean that the item has necessarily been added to the database. It means that you submitted 1 item to be added.
(If someone submitted 50 cast credits in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend when no IMDb staffers were at work, they would immediately see in their contribution history "50 credits added", even though no IMDb staffer had seen those credits yet to process them.)
Please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to get it included in the database.

Hi Buzzy,
I can see that the goof was accepted and has since gone live on the title page http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1279304/goofs?ref_=tt_ql_trv_2

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Resubmitting Data.
I was advised to resubmit this data here for consideration, after its receipt was acknowledged 2.5 months ago but no action was taken. (I should note that another submission of mine on the same date was indeed processed.)
Goofs - Add
Title: "Swingtown" (2008) {Take It to the Limit (#1.13)}
Goof: In this episode, the Guatemalan earthquake of 1976 takes place on Labor Day weekend. In actual fact, the quake hit in February of that year, nine months earlier.
Type: Factual Mistake
