Hi, Tripp Pickell. The aspect ratio of rm24710522 is 16:9 (as opposed to something closer to 2:3), which is just one reason why it would not be eligible to be categorized as a poster, the main reason being that it is simply, literally and technically not a poster.

Thanks You. Can I delete it? I've tried before and I'm clearly not going about it probably.

No. There is nothing wrong with it.

Adding to what Jeorj said, that photograph is already the primary one. It doesn't crop very well, but it is set as primary.

On the individual episode page, it is cropped horribly, but on the episodes page of the series entry, it looks great.

Tripp Pickell, I notice that there is an additional image in the gallery, from a different shot altogether, for the episode in question. If your actual objective is to simply change the primary image of the episode entry in question, then please let us know. It has occurred to be that the shot of the woman pointing the handgun might be spoilerific, whereas the closeup of her sitting on the sofa may not be.

Alas, the option to suggest changes to the primary image doesn't seem to exist:

Yes. My objective is to make the picture of the Woman by herself, be the Primary Image for that episode. Thanks for your help and attention to detail on this!

Hi, Tripp Pickell. Try submitting a primary image suggestion, now that rm3863692288 has been categorized (thanks to IMDb Employee Joel) as a still image. Please take note of reply no. 19,652,884, to understand what went wrong, and for future reference, when you upload an image intended to be the primary image of an episode entry, upload it as a still rather than a poster. For all other title types, upload it as a poster. Understand?
