Hi, I was submitted 2 contribution, reference number: 190812-061952-769000, 190811-233315-147000 at 12 August but still not approved. The data both of those contribution is authentic. Please approve both of contribution.

They may be still in the queue.
Did you check the status? Make sure they were Submitted, not just Saved.

I submitted a simple image addition around the same time. Something kicked it into the "pending" status,  the backlog is enormous and growing, and the date (9Aug) hasn't moved forward at all. (Subsequent image additions to different titles went through at normal speed.)
