You have to look past the expletives and understand that that's where the person is at. This is obviously coming out after a cascade of frustration and it couldn't have been worded any differently at that moment.
I just now saw the comment above me saying the person used a "slur". Before seeing that, I was going to post that let's hear the person. For the sake of finishing my thought process here, I'll not comment on that. Myself, I do not understand what the problem is about not having DVD distributors, I couldn't care less one way or another since I can't afford DVDs, but I can see the OP is very passionate about it.
Perhaps someone could look beyond the language used and reassess the need to correct this? You never know who someone is or what they've been going through. Also, may I point out that we're in the middle of a major full moon and the effects are strong for this one. (I had my own meltdown elsewhere yesterday!) #_# (^.^) However no slurs from me just a lot of expletives (I really should brush up on those to add variety to my meltdowns instead of "you F a-word") (^m^;) (^○^)
Sometimes it' s good to detach (when you can) and not take things so personally, particularly when they aren't such as OP's OP. For reference, I'm someone who used to moderate an online group many moons ago and once approved to the "club" someone who'd emailed me such a barrage of insults, directed at my person; everyone who got wind of it told me not to, but I did so simply because I had responded to her 2nd email without having seen her first, and I could understand the frustration that my reply engendered. She turned out to be a lovely member. We all have bad days.
(Again, not condoning the slur, but if the person is of a certain age, those were normal up the mid-2000's. Anyone seen The Nanny? Wait until millennials get wind of that show! Franny is gonna be the next Twitter meltdown and I've had the popcorn out for that for months now!) - My 17 cents. Carry on!
