Considering that all season 2 episodes were officially released on Netflix today (October 27) and the cast list for that specific episode only has 3 of the series regulars listed in number order, it's very likely that the cast list will be updated in the next few days or so and Vince's credit will eventually be added. Missing cast members for IMDb titles that have just premiered in just a day or two is not unusual.
